This order was a little different than most. The man this cake was for loves coconut, but the rest of his family doesn't really like it. So when this lady called me she wanted two cakes in one. Actually her 2 young daughters designed most of it. The bottom is a 10in. french vanilla cake with cool whip and coconut icing. The top is an 8in. chocolate cake with butter cream icing.
I was a little worried about how it would turn out, but I'm really pleased with the results.

This was a very special cake for me. I made this for my baby's (Isabella) 2nd birthday. I knew I wanted to make her something bright and fun to match her personality. She also loves candy, so when I saw a cake decorated with lollipops, I knew she would love it. Her face was priceless when she saw her cake the morning of her party. I think everyone else loved it too! The other kids couldn't wait to get their hands on all the lollipops. Each tier is a different flavor, lemon, strawberry and fudge marble with butter cream icing. The bow, polka dots and curly ribbon was made of fondant.
I made this cake for a bridal shower this past weekend. The bottom tier is a 10in. chocolate cake, middle tier is an 8in. french vanilla cake and the top tier is a 6in. strawberry cake. The cake is frosted with butter cream icing and the ribbons and flowers are made of fondant. I am very proud of the way it turned out! I love the green and brown together, something a little different than the pink and brown that everyone normally goes with. This cake will feed 62 people.

My husband is so special, he got 2 cakes. I did make him a 2nd cake because he had 2 different parties. This cake is a 12x18in. sheet cake and it feeds around 50 people. One half of the cake is yellow and the other half is chocolate. I used white butter cream icing and chocolate icing. We both love the way it turned out! Everyone else must have loved it too, because every piece of it was eaten.

My husband is so into hunting and anything that has to do with hunting so I decided I had to make him a cake with a deer/camo theme. This is what I came up with and I think he is going to love it! This is a 12in. round cake and it should feed 40 people. The flavor is one of his favorites, orange cake with cream cheese icing. I traced the deer onto fondant, let the fondant dry, I chiselled out the fondant with an ice pick, then I brushed the fondant with cocoa. How cool is that?!?! The letters are also cut out of fondant.
I am very proud of the way his cake turned out and now I can't wait to have a slice!! YUMMY

My 1st onesie baby shower cake.
I am always looking for new ideas and when I came across this onesie cake I couldn't wait to make it. I mixed it up with the very popular polka dots and I just love the way it turned out. This is a yellow cake with butter cream icing and fondant decorations. It is an 11x15in. sheet cake and should feed around 35 people.

This has to be one of the best cakes that I have ever made. A girl ordered this cake for a lingerie shower. At first I was so nervous because I knew it wasn't going to be easy smoothing out the icing on the round part of the cake.hehehe!! Once I got the cake frosted, it was time for the fun part. I had a lot of fun coming up with the colors and decorating this cake. I love the way it turned out!!!
