This cake was a fun cake to make even though fondant can be a lot of work sometimes. This is a 2 tier cake each tier is a single layer. The bottom tier is a 12" square chocolate cake and the top is a 10" round chocolate cake. I used butter cream icing and fondant for all the decorations. I wrote "HAPPY SEVENTEENTH BIRTHDAY LEAH" around the four sides of the square cake. This cake should feed around 40 people.
