I made this cake for a lady who was having a dinner/birthday party for her husband. She was using black and yellow decorations for her party and she wanted a cake to match. The top tier is an 8in. strawberry and the bottom tier is a 10in. french vanilla. I used butter cream icing, fondant polka dots and fondant curly ribbon and bow. This cake will feed 25/30 people.

I know these are not anything fancy or decorated in any special way, but what makes these cupcakes so yummy is the icing. I am now offering a new flavor of icing, butterscotch caramel butter cream. This icing taste wonderful with yellow or chocolate cake and the salty pretzel added a nice flavor with the sweet icing.

This was an order for 72 cupcakes. All of the cupcakes were chocolate cake with butter cream and chocolate butter cream icing. I only used brown, blue and orange, but I decorated them in several different patterns.
