This cake is made just like the key lime cake except with lemon. It is a white 8in. cake with lemon butter cream icing and decorated with fresh lemons.

This is a messy cake, but it is so good it doesn't even matter. It is an 8" white cake with fresh strawberries and pecans baked in the batter. The icing is cream cheese with fresh strawberries and pecans mixed in. I pour the icing over the cake and just let it run down the sides. If you like strawberries and cream cheese you will love this cake.

I made this cake for a baby dedication. It is a 2 tier, each tier is a single layer, french vanilla cake with butter cream icing and a fondant cross. This cake will at least 20 people.

I think I have come up with a way to make a cake look more manly. I made one last week and everyone seemed to love it. This lady ordered chocolate cake with chocolate icing and a peanut butter center with peanut butter stripes and border. I love the way it turned out and I know it tasted great with the chocolate and peanut butter mixed. This is a med. size sheet cake and it will feed 35.

My Mother-in-Law made me this really cute cupcake tower. I had been wanting to make one, but she would not let me make my own cake. This is a 6in. cake on top with three rows of cupcakes under it. She used four different flavors, french vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and lemon all with cream cheese icing. We decorated each cupcake with a fondant circle and then we added a "R" for Renee or a 30. It turned out really cute and I loved it!

This is a med. yellow sheet that I made for some students who are entering Jr High. I used their school colors to make a fun looking cake. This cake will feed up to 35 people.

I made 40 Rock "N" Roll cupcakes for a man's b-day. I made three different flavors, yellow, chocolate and strawberry all with butter cream icing. I use cupcake picks and fondant stars. I thought they turned out really cute.

I have to give credit where credit is due. My husband really helped me out on this cake. He cut out the fondant Falcon. He did an amazing job! The lady that ordered this cake was really impressed and she loved the cake. This is a small sheet cake with butter cream icing. This cake will feed 24 people.

This cake was for a man's 80th birthday. It is a 12x18in. carrot cake with cream cheese icing. I decorated it with a Cornelli lace pattern and a white chocolate 80 dusted with silver luster dust. Simple, but elegant is the look we were going for. This cake will feed up to 48 people.

I think this has to be one of the cutest cakes that I have ever made! I made this for my son's 6th birthday. I'm not crazy about SpongeBob, but I love the way the cake turned out. It is 3 tiers, each tier is a single layer and each layer is a different flavor. I used butter cream icing and the shells are made of sugar. I did not make the shells, I bought them. I used brown sugar for the sand. He loved his cake!!

This cake would also be great for a beach theme party, a Little Mermaid party or a Nemo party.

For my little boys 6th birthday, he wanted a SpongeBob party. He also wanted to take SpongeBob cupcakes to school for all of his class mates. I let him design them so this is what he came up with. He called them his colorful SpongeBob cupcakes.

This is a Thomas the train sheet cake. It is a 9x13in. white sheet cake with butter cream icing. I used a Thomas cake kit for the decorations. This cake will feed 24 people.
