This was my Mother's B-day cake. She loves chocolate and raspberries. I put raspberry jam and white chocolate chips between each layer. I iced it with chocolate frosting and covered it with toasted almonds. The top is covered with raspberries and white chocolate chips.
I was so excited to make this IPOD cake, even though I was a little nervous when I first started. It's harder than you think when it comes to writing with a bag of icing. I really enjoyed making it and I'm very happy with the results.
